Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

ProcureGlobal Limited is a company registered in Ghana, with its principal place of business in Accra. References to "we", "us", or "ProcureGlobal" mean ProcureGlobal Limited.

2. Our service

ProcureGlobal is a procurement service. We do not own the items in our catalog at the time you place an order — we purchase them from third-party U.S. wholesale retailers on your behalf, consolidate the shipment, clear customs at Tema, and deliver to your chosen address or pickup hub.

3. Orders, pricing, and the minimum order

• Orders are subject to a minimum order value (currently $400 USD of source price), measured on subtotal across the cart.
• Prices shown at checkout (in GHS) include our 17% service fee, sea freight, customs duty, and FX. They are valid for the duration of that checkout session.
• The FX rate used at checkout is locked into your order once we receive payment. Currency fluctuation between order placement and procurement is our risk, not yours.
• An order is accepted only when we confirm payment. Until then, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if the underlying U.S. inventory is no longer available or if pricing changes materially.

4. Delivery and timing

Estimated arrival in Ghana is 3–6 weeks (21–42 days) from confirmed payment. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — ocean freight schedules, customs clearance, and last-mile courier timing can shift. You can track your order at any time on your account page; we send email updates at each stage.

Risk of loss passes to you when the courier completes delivery to your chosen address or when you collect from a pickup hub.

5. Payment

We accept payment through Paystack — card, mobile money, or bank transfer. Payment is captured in full at order placement. Refunds, where granted, are issued through Paystack to the original payment method and typically clear within 5 working days depending on your bank or mobile-money provider.

6. Returns, refunds, and damaged goods

See our Returns & Claims policy for the full breakdown. In short: most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition for a refund of source price + service fee (freight and customs are non-refundable once we've shipped). Damaged-on-arrival items are made good at our cost.

7. Your account and personal data

You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details, and to keep them up-to-date. We handle your personal data per our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. business interruption, loss of profits).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any dispute that can't be resolved by good-faith conversation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Material changes will be flagged in your account or by email.
