Before you ask.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — a $400 minimum on your U.S. item cost for the Standard service (Express items in stock in Accra have no minimum). The minimum is what lets us pass on true wholesale prices by consolidating full containers. Many customers pool orders with family, friends or neighbours.

How long does delivery take?

21–42 days from payment to your door. We send automated updates when the container departs the U.S. and when clearance completes at Tema.

Are customs duties and freight really included?

Yes. Every price in the catalogue is your final landed cost — no surprise port or clearing charges. A small courier fee applies on delivery, or collect free at our East Legon hub. We absorb any currency shifts or duty changes in the interim.

What if items arrive damaged or incorrect?

We offer a 7-day return window from delivery. Submit photos of the damage and we refund your card or mobile wallet, handling the freight-insurance paperwork ourselves.
